I’ve worked within the BMW brand since 2010 and Sloane BMW of Devon since 2014 when we took the store over. I have always strived for the best in a customer experience. In today’s world price can be gotten almost anywhere, but having someone go the extra mile, myself and our team can provide. I’ve been driving BMW since 2008 with the purchase of a E46 M3, this was after driving a brand new E90 V8 2008 version. I purchased it as a CPO and couldn’t have a better ownership experience. Since then I have owned many BMW’s including E46 M3, E60 550i Sport, E90 335i, M235i, 340i, M3, X3M & 2 M5's !!!! All these cars were awesome and loving my most recent M5 acquisition. Unbelievable experiences at BMW of Devon I’ve now leased three BMWs from BMW of Devon and each experience has been better than the last. My salesman Brad Tabolinsky is awesome - He worked wit I’ve now leased three BMWs from BMW of Devon and each experience has been better than the last. My salesman Brad Tabolinsky is awesome - He worked with me to get a fair price for each of my BMWs. We built my first BMW together and he was genuinely as excited as I was to see the car when it arrived into the showroom. He has been by my side since the first time I met him. now, the car we built had mechanical issues but Brad, Frank Muto, and BMW worked to service the car and Frank ended up working to get me a replacement car for the inconvenience. Easy to be great on the sale of a car. Brad and Frank went above and beyond to make sure that I was always happy w the car because they understand that customers are for life. A bad experience w a customer will cause that customer to consider a different brand or dealer the next time he/she needs a car. I am now in a BMW i8, my third lease, and I will not even consider going to anyone beyond Brad and Frank. I’m getting ready to purchase another car for my son and will be visiting my guys within the next few months. Frank and Kerry Are top notch Frank kept me through the whole process of ordering my M2. Exceptional Experience I purchased my first BMW (340i) last November - and loved it. Was devastated when it was damaged (and totaled) due to a flash flood. When we went to the dealership to pick up personal effects from this vehicle, I wasn't expecting to be able to replace it in the near term. Phil introduced himself while we were wistfully looking around the show room. He quickly engaged Frank and scoured the country for a vehicle that would match the specialized configuration that I had. They were able to locate and quickly deliver. Frank worked to get the economic details to work within our parameters. Picked it up yesterday and enjoyed the drive home. They worked to create a "differentiating experience" which will lead me to recommend both them and the dealership to friends and family AND to return in the future. The following words come to mind - genuine, knowledgeable, trustworthy, empathetic, professional ... The check-out process was exactly what I would expect from a luxury brand. More
