Already a crazy high labor rate, was charged 25% more labor hours than time they had my vehicle because the mechanic was fast at his work and finished early.. this center will prioritize part pickups ove labor hours than time they had my vehicle because the mechanic was fast at his work and finished early.. this center will prioritize part pickups over customer pickup/dropoff and seem to be proud of that fact?? I had to wait 3.5 hours past my request to be picked up to get my vehicle back. Won't use this place again More

I went to have a recall on my airbag fixed and a battery replaced. When I got in my car my seat was all pushed forward and my clock was not right. The airbag light was still on. Who offered a diagnosis for $199.00 Are you kidding? The techs didn’t even notice the light was still on. I don’t even know if they corrected the recall , if they created a new problem. Prior to this they lost my locking lug nut socket and refused to replace. I don’t trust the techs or the customer service. I will say Jessica was polite when she offered to charge us and said she would talk to the tech. I don’t trust this company. More
