I know I'm a stickler and I haggle on price like crazy, but he was super patient and understood my reasoning. I also dealt with Frank Lacey and Robert Vido and they too were amazing. I've told them in person and I'm letting other people know that they will get you what you want. They are not just some big dealership who doesn't care about you as an individual. They take all things into consideration and work on numbers. I will always be going back to Park's Ford! Tanner, thank you again for having such great customer service! More

Didn't find what I was looking for until I took the trip to Wesley Chapel Parks Ford. I bonded with the salesman (Rich Jodway) over our shared Air Force experiences. He worked with me to get a great price we could both live with. Dealing with the used car manager (great guy) was interesting and the negotiation was easy, I felt he offered a fair price for my trade. Interacted with a number of their sales team that day and they were a knowledgeable and friendly group. The sales manager Frank sought me out to make sure I was very happy, more than once. Would definitely recommend visit to Parks if you're in the Tampa Bay metro area. P.S. Extremely clean restroom. More

One from Pinellas county and one over on the east side of Tampa. Neither dealer had the truck I wanted and it had to be located from another dealer. However... in the end....I struck a deal, Once I gave them my money...I waited! 1 day,,,two days...a week... passed with no luck getting the truck I wanted. They finally said that they couldnt find the truck I wanted unless I paid more. A friend of mine recommended that I see Frank Lacey from Parks Ford in Wesley Chapel. I called Frank...told him what I wanted...the price I was quoted...the interest rate that i was approved for...and gave him all my trade information. He called me back within minutes, and told me that he had found one just like I wanted. I almost didn't believe him, as the dealer that I WAS dealing with tried to get the same truck! So I said..."Go for it! If you can get it,,,I want it!" In less than two hours, Frank had successfully secured my truck and was going to send a driver to get it! Well...the next day, I went in for my new truck...and there it was!! Just as I ordered and looking beautiful! Frank assigned an extremely nice saleswoman, Anna Saavedra to deliver the truck.. She was very polite, professional and had an impressive knowledge of her product. She made it fun to buy a new car! That is all I can ask of her. She did just that!! Then I entered the dreaded task of going to the Finance department. I was already approved at an extremely good rate at my local credit union...but Business manager, Carlos Gonzalez was able to improve on that rate by 3/4%...which floored me! Thank the Lord I have good credit! All in all...the experience was nothing short of perfection. It was quick..easy...and FUN! Thanks Anna, Frank and Carlos for making this the best car buying experience I have EVER had! You will be my dealer of choice from now on! More
