He was very knowledgeable in the product and went above and beyond customer satisfaction. The sales manager, Frank Lacey, was likable and approached us and shook our hands. He was very professional and was able to work with us get our 2020 Ford Edge with a reasonable price without any pressure or the "back and forth" routine. The finance manager, Justin Kokenda, was a great guy and easy to work with. He didn't push anything on us and visually displayed all of our payment options explaining each scenario and product. He answered any questions we had and gave us plenty of time to decide what would be the best decision for us in choosing which route to take. Gil Bravo, Frank Lacey, and Justin Kokenda were a team that I had the pleasure of doing business with that really provided great customer service. They gave us a reason to shop there again in the future. We're looking forward to giving them our business when we get our Ford Explorer in the near future.
