My experience started with a search on the internet and interaction with Courtney who was timely and knowledgeable. In all fairness to all, she essentially had the car sold before I walked in the door. Franco sealed the financial deal with his expert knowledge of the loan and incentive process. And of course Edward held my hand and expertly guided me through the whole process. He really knew the BMW product inside and out and helped me understand all the new mechanical features and electronic technology. He is still helping me with the myriad questions. If you do not have a relationship with a WG sales agent, I highly recommend asking to speak to Edward Salloum.
