I took my car for service and the very next week . I smelled my car burning open the hood no coolant, no oil and washer fluids. They was supposed to rotate tires and that wasn't done. I called and spoke with kia rep in regards to everything she stated that she would get the message to manager still to this date I've yet to hear from anyone. I sent pictures and messages to manager and no response. Very disappointed because thus makes the second time my vehicle has went through this. More

I took my car in for a recall, oil change, and brakes. The team did a great job; the car rides smoothly and, more importantly, stops smoothly. Fin, my Service Director was attentive and kept me updated on the progress. The only beef I have is that the service department always leaves the car dirtier than I gave it to them. The floors, doors, and back of the SUV are always grimy, so I always have to take my car to the wash after a service job. I don't expect them to wash their hands like it's a restaurant, but at least wipe down where you touch. Other than that, they do a very good job. More
