The entire staff at Toyota of Cleveland was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He followed up throughout the process, and has been willing to answer any questions even after I completed my purchase. Shane the manager was helpful when explaining the process to me and following up on what Fidel had explained, as they worked together quickly and efficiently to process a vehicle for me. Crystal in finance was clear and concise when explaining my options. She took the time to discuss all of my options and did not push or try to persuade. She gave me all of my options, answered my questions and ensured i got a great rate and left with my new vehicle within my budget. As a first time car buyer, i cannot say enough great things about all three of these staff members or the dealership itself.
