Great deal and excellent customer service!! I went in to purchase a new 2015 Ram Laramie 1500. I was a hard xxx about the price I was willing to pay (because I had a set amount I qualified for) I went in to purchase a new 2015 Ram Laramie 1500. I was a hard xxx about the price I was willing to pay (because I had a set amount I qualified for) and Abelardo Jerez and David Flores did the best they could! I shopped around and nobody would match their deal. Normally dealers love to take someone else's business once a set offer is on the table, but this one was truly amazing! When I came back a few days later to complete the deal, Christian Rincon helped finish out the deal, picking up where I had left off (not making me try to renegotiate the deal all over again even though David and Abelardo were off of work that day). I went to financing next where Fernando Vidana helped make sense of the odd way my financer (family member who is very difficult to deal with in these situations) wanted to have everything documented. Even after the deal was done, Fernando Guzman walked me through all of the new features of my new Ram. He was absolutely helpful and an asset to the dealership in my opinion. Thanks again for everything! My experience was great and I purchase cars about every two years, so I have plenty of experience at different dealerships. I will definitely return here for my next purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking! More

Fast Deal, Professional Service and Great Price!!!!! In search of a 370Z!!!!! Searching the internet I came across the car I was looking for. After shopping for weeks and finding cars at other dealership In search of a 370Z!!!!! Searching the internet I came across the car I was looking for. After shopping for weeks and finding cars at other dealerships, I found that when I called or stop by they no longer had the car. This was not the case when I called Carl Burger in La Mesa. I spoke with Sam Potres who confirmed they had the car and he would hold it until I get there. What that actually meant is that he moved the car off the main lot in another location so other would not see it, because I had called and said I was on my way. This is one of the things that blew me away! I arrived there and asked for same and within seconds he rolls out with the car, ready for a test drive. On the drive Sam was very knowledgable of the vehicle and explained all the features and benefits of buying a car form CB World. The car was recently marked down and had the price painted on the windshield, no hassle no games. I mentioned to Sam that I was on a time crunch and need to do the deal and drive away in one, max two hours. Sam partnered with his team mainly Fernando and I drive away in my new 370Z in one and a half hours, FANTASTIC!!!!!! I was really impressed with the price, professionalism and service. When we finally decided we were going to buy the car but we couldn't figure out how much of a down-payment we could afford to put on the car, Fernando helped as much as he could then called the floor manager David, he was also extremely friendly and helpful. David helped us get the car with no down-payment and we walked out with a great deal, he locked in our price to make sure our monthly payments would not go up for any reason. After sitting down with Fernando V. (also polite and helpful) in the finance dept. we came to find out that our APR rate had gone up (because we are first time buyers), but to our relief he spoke with the sales dept. to further lower the original price on the car so our monthly payments wouldn't go up because of the higher APR rate. I was extremely pleased with the service we received at Carl Burgers. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, as a matter of fact we plan on buying another car from them soon. More
