I started using the Jeep web site and expanded the area and the one with my name on it was at Carl Burger Jeep ! Called and Talked to Sam Potres, He wanted to physically touch the unit and call me back in less then 5min Sam called and the Wrangler was available. about 10min later we agreed on a price and I said I'd be there when they open in the morning. When I arrived everything was ready including the paperwork ! What a Fantastic ride in my New Wrangler back to Phoenix. More

Terrific Salesman When I walked on the lot the sales people on the floor were busy. Someone went in the door to ?? and came back with Marc. It was very comfortable working with Marc, he is close to my age, we had much in common. He LISTENED. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the closest thing on the lot to match. Unfortunately it was a “lemon law” but back. I told him of a car I had seen on Auto-Trader but that car was unfamiliar. Turns out it had just come in on a lease return and wasn’t yet ready to be presented. I returned the next evening Marc was not there so I spoke with Jack. I related what Marc and I had done. I told him about the vehicle we couldn’t locate and Jack went to the key box and The keys were there. We looked around the lot and found the car, it was just out of the clean and detail area. I test drove it and liked how it felt. I told Jack that I was very likely the buyer of the vehicle but needed a night to sleep on it. Jack didn’t pressure me, agreed and told me that He and Marc often collaborated so when I was ready one of them would help me get my car. Came back the next day and bought that car. Both Marc and Jack were straightforward, no BS. They knew the available inventory well and as soon as my car came out from being cleaned and otherwise prepared Both were there to help me purchase it m.They seemed to take genuine interest in my satisfaction. From the second I arrived on My initial contact started via internet with Sam Potres, and I ended up (due to scheduling) working with Cameron Mahoozi. From the second I arrived on the lot, I was greeted with a genuine and welcoming smile. Cameron was paged for me and he greeted and acknowledged my children and myself. I was nervous and not expecting much to come of my visit because of previous financial challenges. Cameron walked me through the lot and was honest about what my options might be. It didn't take much time before we took a pre-owned vehicle out for a test drive, which was great but again, not expecting great results. We went inside and he showed the kids where the playroom and refreshments were, even when my rambunctious toddler came to "assist with paperwork" he made her a part of the process. When I say paperwork, he did much of the filling in the blanks and we came up with something he thought they could work with. He left to go speak with finance and I waited, again expecting a "sorry, we can't help you at this time" He kept me informed as the process went along, checking in often to brief me on the progress. To my surprise he came back with a smile and a handshake, I was approved for the car I wanted/NEEDED!! (Totally cried) My kids and I were excited and I was honestly, in shock. Fernando in the financing office was able to help me with a more than manageable monthly payment and the paperwork was a breeze!! What an amazing day that was, definitely have a life long customer here!! More
