I have purchased my last 3 cars at Carl Burger Dodge and have always been treated fairly. This time was even better. Gibson called me up and set up an appointment that fit my schedule and he had all the vehicles lined up ready to show. He made it very easy for me to make a decision on which truck I wanted. He explained all the details with regards to efficiency, price, size, shape, and color. Then I made my choice. As soon as decided what I wanted, Gibson was so efficient about what I needed to supply in order for the deal to go through. Within 1 hour after the test drive, we were in the finance office with Fernando signing docs. This was the fastest I had ever purchased a car. I was blown away. I came in at 4:30 just expecting to take a look, and by 7:00, I was driving away in my new Ram truck. The deal that they got me was awesome. They exceeded my expectations on price and financing. I would highly recommend the Carl Burger team. There is no one better. And that is why I keep going back. There is no BS. They give the customer exactly what they want. Thanks guys, you are the best. Once we selected a car with the features we wanted, we worked with Brian H. to negotiate a great deal on a 36mo lease. Brian was open and receptive to our requests throughout the negotiation process. They hit all the points we we hate about used car dealers. I phoned the dealership about a used 2017 Alfa Romeo that was being advertised on Cars.com and scheduled a visit for the following Saturday. Calling t I phoned the dealership about a used 2017 Alfa Romeo that was being advertised on Cars.com and scheduled a visit for the following Saturday. Calling to confirm my appointment (as this visit involved a 300 mile round trip) I was told that the car was away having a small item repaired under warranty. I called again the following Monday as I was planning my schedule to find that the car was expected back that Thursday. On Friday I called again to make an appointment for Saturday and found that the repair hadn't been made but asked them to let me see the car anyway as that was the only day I'd be free.. (It was also the only car in the country that was specified as I wanted). BIG MISTAKE! By showing an interest in the car the price suddenly increased by $1,500 between Thursday when I checked the car's price and availability from the online ad and Saturday afternoon when we arrived. I was seriously upset and having been worked over by the various "sales managers" we had actually left the dealership when I got a call and allowed myself to be persuaded back on the express conditions that the car would be supplied with a full tank of gas and a complete set of books would be provided. On returning my salesman told me that Alfa Romeo no longer provided an owner's manual or service books and showed me the User Guide synopsis on the car's infotainment system which he represented had replaced the usual package of books. It wasn't true but I was foolish enough to believe him. Finally, paperwork done, I picked up the car with a quarter of a tank of gas! Both my salesman and his sales manager lied to my face so of course I won't go there again nor can I recommend that anyone suffer through the car buying process that we did. More

The sales person, Arturo Camarena, was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions about the Chrysler Pacifica. Arturo made us feel very comfortable, and we did not feel pressured into buying a car from him. Since we were unable to come to the dealership the next day, Arturo personally drove all the way to Escondido to pick us up so we could get our car. The Finance manager, Fernando Vidana completed the paperwork swiftly and explained things throughly. We did not feel pressured into buying any additional services.
