He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed. We were trying to decide between two cars and he brought them both out and gave us time to look over both cars without him hovering over our shoulders or trying to influence our decision. Fernando in finance was awesome helping us with finalize our paperwork. He actually called us the next day to tell us he had gotten us a lower APR! Yes! How Awesome! We were looking for a bigger vehicle for my wife and she wanted to look at the Pacifica. The first thing we noticed was the lack of pressure. We were on the lot for about 10 minutes looking around before anyone approached us. Usually car salesmen are like flys on rotten food. Raul was the salesman who asked what we were looking look and from there he showed us around. It was refreshing to have him answer our questions when he could and admit he had to look up the answer when he didn’t. Even the sales manger was great. Our negotiations were direct and again he was not pushy. When we went to finance it was the same. A great stress free experience. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience at Carl Burger Chrysler and when I’m in the market for another vehicle I will definitely go back to see what they have. The only thing that could have made this a perfect experience is if they were a Ford dealer. Ask for Raul and he will treat you with respect and you will get a great deal. More
