Very concerned about quality control. My service writer sent me out the door with loose brake pins rubbing on the axle which I did not hear until I got all the way across town. Sometimes it might help the team to take a step back and realize they are needing to jump in and fix something that they made a mistake with in the first place. In the end, absolutely nailed it.
