Everything you would want from a dealership ! And much more First of all , Dennis came and picked me up! That told me I really meant something as a customer to McKaig Chevrolet Buick . Then Dennis sat down with First of all , Dennis came and picked me up! That told me I really meant something as a customer to McKaig Chevrolet Buick . Then Dennis sat down with us and seemed truly interested in just exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle . We discussed it and Dennis took me out on the inventory lot and showed me several vehicles I might be interested in and demonstrated the different features and options on each one . Dennis was careful to take time to make sure I understood how each one worked and he explained which vehicles were front wheel drive , 4 wheel drive , all wheel drive etc. But I had already pretty much settled on that beautiful Bright Red Jeep Renegade! It was ME ! Dennis was so helpful explaining all of the different feature the Renegade had . Like the rear view camera! Essential if you have children or animals! I have great grandchildren and two wonderful dogs . The Bluetooth feature! He even helped me set it up ! I'm rambling . The point is this . If you want the friendliest , most knowledgeable sales person anywhere , go to McKaig Chevrolet Buick in Gladewater Texas and ask for Dennis! We also got a tremendous amount of assistance from Brandon in the finance department ! How does he do it? I couldn't keep track of the paperwork like he did! Like he had been doing it all his life . Brandon made what is normally excruciating an absolute pleasure . Very nice men , both Dennis and Brandon ! McKaig , I'm sure you know you are very fortunate to have such friendly and knowledgeable staff . I so look forward to working with miss Faye on our routine maintenance program !
