From the initial call with Fran to the employees that kept checking on our welfare and offering coffee and water we were treated like valued long-standing customers. Mariela kept us informed and understood the importance of passing the problem history directly to the mechanic. Tyler did the computer diagnostic, listened to the various symptoms, test drove, made the repair, and test drove it again to confirm all was well. We even received gift cards to McDonald's across the street for our lunch since we had been waiting so long. Everyone at McKaig was a great blessing to us in our time of need. We were diagnosed, fixed, and on our way in about 4 hours, much better than we expected! More

I will never buy from this dealer again. The sales staff are good people but service center sucks. Took them 6 months to finally fix a bent rim on my wifes truck. Buying their Biggest dealer package is a are good people but service center sucks. Took them 6 months to finally fix a bent rim on my wifes truck. Buying their Biggest dealer package is a waste of money. Didn't even last a whole 15 months. I had a leaking condenser and they wouldn't honor our warranty because it went out 60 miles ago. $10,000 for that stupid package and it didn't last and then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to extend it. I'm done never going back. More
