Great representative but poor sales personality My sales rep was great but I did not have a great experience with my purchase. Through out, the vehicle was not even shown to me until the all the pa My sales rep was great but I did not have a great experience with my purchase. Through out, the vehicle was not even shown to me until the all the paperwork was completed. When I saw the car it was when everything was done and I find out there are some features that I wanted and did not get. Yes I could have said no at that point, instead of driving off the lot but all the paper work was done. This was very rushed due to closure but felt like you guys just wanted to get the sell out instead of finding the proper fit for me. These were some of my few concerns. More
