Excellent experience with my sales professional, Finance manager and documentation specialist. The time spent at the dealership was reasonable and not excessive. I visited Hendricks prior to driving over to manager and documentation specialist. The time spent at the dealership was reasonable and not excessive. I visited Hendricks prior to driving over to Lewisville and although Hendricks had the vehicle I wanted the reception and interest in earning my business was non existent! I was never greeted, while sales agents were sitting around. However, When I walked into Lewisville, I was immediately greeted at the door and offered water!!
