At 72 years, I have owned more cars than I can count. The most defining moment was the purchase of 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited. 5 stars does not provide the proper acknowledgement of the dealership. This dealership is far and beyond any dealership I've done business with including Lexus (where I owned 4). Rick Case rocks. They exceeded every expectation I required. They are responsive, attentive, go out of their way to answer questions as well as making you feel part of the team. No pressure, and they listen to you. I was treated as a VIP which was endearing. This dealership is like a well oiled machine. Everything done is quality plus including smiling employees that are there to make your experience the best. And it is THE BEST I have enjoyed with dealership I purchased from. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I had the pleasure of working with Carlos Cercone. I was treated with respect, he had a friendly personality, he took his time explaining things I didn't understand as the technology today can be overwhelming. He was so responsive and always happy to answer the zillion questions I had. He, alone, could be Rick Case Ambassador. He's that good and the best quality is he is sincere. I also had the pleasure of dealing with his manager, Feras Abualown. He took personal interest in ensuring my needs were met. He sat down with me as I posed a question or perhaps, an objection and he resolved it immediately. This is the place you want to do business with. They have made me a customer FOREVER. They altered the price, and the copy of the contract I signed is different from what they have in the system. They made me sign for one insurance and they added another one. It looks like they are editing signed is different from what they have in the system. They made me sign for one insurance and they added another one. It looks like they are editing the documents. They don't explain the documents you sign. They promised me that they will make a flat cancellation (full refund) for the insurance they added, but I don't trust them anymore. I talked with many people including the GM and they all told me something different. I'm very very disappointed with the Hyundai dealership. More

It is sad when professionals have to blatantly lie to cover their incompetence. So is the case with Rick Case Plantation Service department from their manager to Robert the Service Advisor. When told there was only one car in the household, we’re told not eligible for loaner car because it was not a mechanical issue. When asked to drive the car without air conditioner until part arrived, my husband explained, I am a Cancer survivor whose right lung was adversely affected. Facing breathing challenges with Florida’s weather. Nothing! Not only were we assured with a loaner car, the part came in, lied when it came in and a week later my husband and I are without our car. I have had nothing but the poorest service here when servicing my car. Today with a lease buyout was no exception. I guess letting the general manager have to finally handle it because we walked out wa servicing my car. Today with a lease buyout was no exception. I guess letting the general manager have to finally handle it because we walked out was the way to go. My fourth Hyundai. And sales person was unable to do anything and the guy who came after him was so rude, we left. We did our due diligence before we arrived. Knew our buyout price. It’s important to be educated. Saved us approx $1,100 in a ridiculous “safety fee”. Low mileage car. Still under the warranty but apparently they think what they make is not safe after three years or are padding. It never should have gotten to the general manager for such a simple thing. More

Great and speedy service. They offered me a fresh banana... and as they were ordering stuff from Starbucks, they bought me sandwich and an ice coffee... where else do you get They offered me a fresh banana... and as they were ordering stuff from Starbucks, they bought me sandwich and an ice coffee... where else do you get such royal treatment just for coming to get an oil change? They even gave me tickets to the auto show... wow... love this place. I just traded in the 2019 Santa Fe for a 2022 Santa Fe and got an awesome deal. More

The GM, Mr Faress, was very professional, courteous & helpful . He opened his office for us & guided us get the right cars for our business!
