Hello Michael, First off, I want to make it known that Alec was an absolute joy to work with!! My name is Kristina McCary, my husband and I were in on Saturday and purchased a CPO 2020 Yukon XL. that Alec was an absolute joy to work with!! My name is Kristina McCary, my husband and I were in on Saturday and purchased a CPO 2020 Yukon XL. I am writing to document many concerns. The first concern is that we were assured that all CPO vehicles are inspected. This vehicle has an issue with the rear brakes and needs to be addressed. Not only do we have a brake issue which is the major concern but the windshield wiper blades are trash and falling off the passenger side. The wiper blades are the least of the concerns. It is our understanding that the CPO vehicles have a 3 day/150 mile exchange and I want it documented that I have reached out within that time frame. I also sent you a message on your website. The rest of our experience with this whole purchase has been an absolute nightmare. We came into the dealership pre-approved with our credit union. It took more than 5 hours to even get to the finance office to sign our documents. Once in the finance office it again took forever. Noah had no clue that the vehicle we were purchasing was CPO until I questioned him about a few different issues with paperwork. We were given a we owe on the second key for the vehicle because they were unable to locate it. I am still unsure after we waited for hours for finance why they could not have made us another key while we waited. But rather now I have to make time in my schedule to drive back to Hillsboro and use my gas to get the additional key made. Once we were told everything was complete we left town and were about 20 minutes outside of town only to get a call and be asked to turn around because Noah needed the CPO forms signed and it had to happen on Saturday since it was the end of the month. So we turned around to take care of that. By the time we finally got home around 7:30pm my husband got another phone call that all of the paperwork was wrong, names spelled incorrectly, interest rate was wrong, etc. Last night Alec had to bring all of the paperwork out and have us re-sign. Still the interest rate that was approved by our credit union is still wrong on your documents, we questioned it and they told us that we would have to resolve the issue with the credit union. This has been the worst experience we have ever had with a car purchase. I would like to hear back from someone today to get this resolved. Respectfully, More

First off, the dealership was awesome to work with. From my sales person John Raptor, to Everett the Sale Mgr, to the F & I dept. I was at the dealership a total of 2 hours to complete the deal. (I was From my sales person John Raptor, to Everett the Sale Mgr, to the F & I dept. I was at the dealership a total of 2 hours to complete the deal. (I was pre-approved from my Credit Union) It was a no haggle, back & forth ordeal. Please keep in mind that my best friend was the GM at another Dealership as to whom I had bought many cars from in the past. (about an hour and half to close the deal and do paperwork) Which I was treated to the red carpet when doing a car deal. Unfortuately he just passed, so I was left to go out and find a car and go to an unknown dealership and work a deal. Needless to say I was very nervious and concerned. I can assure you two things! John Raptor is a seasoned car salesman who only wants to take care of the customers needs. Also, there was no pressure! Not only for me personally, but I noticed the customers in the Dealership weren't stressed either. I had a "Great car buying experience" and highly recommend purchasing a car from Royal Moore. Great experience working with the Royal Moore team. Sam was especially helpful and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I knew I was in good hands and the entire process was very smooth and I never felt pressured. Everett was also very helpful/patient with me when discussing financing and the warranty options and willing to go through them multiple times with me. I highly recommend Sam and Everett as they made me feel really good about the decisions I made when purchasing a new vehicle. More
