The staff rushes you along. My sales girl told me I would talk to the guy about my interest rate. Me and my wife sat down with Simon Say Kia, the experience was very nice. He is very personable. There are a couple reasons my review is right in the middle. 1. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase h experience was very nice. He is very personable. There are a couple reasons my review is right in the middle. 1. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase here and have never walked their lot to choose a car. We were told what they have and the car pulled up to the window. 2.We sat and went back and fourth until we got a deal we could work with, and once we get to the guy Eugene,to sign off, we seemed to be back in the negotiating phase" after already hitting our max out point which we expressed. 3. We bought the vehicle Feb 23, and was told we had 45 days until our payment By Simon while we were negotiating. Couple weeks later bill comes, it's due on March 25. After putting more money down to aquire the vehicle, this is a hardship. So my wife called and got no answer from Simon for days. So she stopped in at the dealer and talked to Simon and Eugene, and was told" you signed the paper.!! I feel that was deceptive. Main reason being. We sat there with Eugene, and were offered many options , warranty packages, etc. But the point that us paying 45 days later vs 30 days would was never mentioned. And we would have declined and shopped around if given the option. They didn't give us that OPTION. As with most dealerships they didn't want us to leave, but honesty would have been appreciated. And not to be played for a fool. And not told that we can try to ask the financing company for an extension. I have yet to speak with Tony but will give him a call today and will return with my experience. Thank you More

Refused to deal at on ($300 +) labor charge for just installation of added mudguards and MSRP sell price. Our trade was under values by at least $2K according to other non Kia dealer offers. This used to be a great family run Kia dealership which was focused on customer satisfaction and service but then it was aquired by Ken Ganley. Expections were not met and we felt underserved for sure. Should of bought from another dealer outside our local one which was giving us $1,500 off MSRP and included no cost labor for mudguard install, Our sales guy (Noah) answered all our questions but did not advocate for us at all with mgmt. More
