Staff were able to schedule vehicle for repair within a few days. When they diagnosed the problem they advised that the part was being delivered the next day. He has coordinated service, loaner cars, and contacts. I wish I could remember the name of the most spectacular service department resource. I only had 1 service need, and Meredith kept me in the loop and worked as an advocate for me. I am very sad that I am not longer able to drive, but again Kyle and his team worked to buy my car back.
