I wanted to stop leasing with vw altogether and buy a jeep. My sales person Tsion looked up my info and told me that was possible. She said i had only Two payments left which i thought i had a few more than that but maybe i had miscounted. She had my info. She got me into a jeep and advised me to turn in my tiguan the following month on last payment. I get a letter in mail this wekend stating I actually have three payments left and now I have the jeep payment as well. Called to find out why i was told wrong info and no one is accepting responsibility. Csion said she has nothing to do with that. Manager is covering for her. They have put me in a horrible position. Had a great salesman, but JENNI Loved, loved Joel, our salesman ... Reading the reviews with them saying they are sorry for a bad experience is FALSE! Had a great salesman, but JENNIFER in finance was demeaning and was very unprofessional. When we called to complain AFTER car was bought only because we really did get a great deal and our salesman Joel was pleasing. They had no care for what we thought of the demeaning and disrespectfull remarks from their finance manager who stated that we were pretty much buying a crappy car because we didn't buy what she was offering for extra problems that can arise. She also told me I picked a real winner in regards to my husband who's friends and family know mechanics and are old owners of a Volkswagen dealership that was sold. She stated if anything goes wrong, then pointing to my husband, that he would pay for it and that she hopes that I teach my daughter to pick someone better. Joel, no disrespect to you or Volkswagen. However, JENNIFER in finance is a very bitter and unprofessional individual to deal with. This is the WORST car buying I have ever experienced when it came to financing. Won't EVER go there again. After countless calls over 2 days. NO ONE has called to follow up or apologize. Best of luck to those who encounter Jennifer in finance who is a very judgemental individual. More

Ken goes above and beyond for his customers. He offers honest and fair advice that has taken in to consideration the needs of his customers. He is patient, kind, and funny! Buying a car is stressful for many people like myself that have many things to consider as far as budget. Both times I saw Ken (the first time I leased, the second time I purchased) he never showed me something out of my budget. I really appreciate his honesty and realistic approach when showing me cars. This last time I ended up purchasing my vehicle instead of entering a new lease. Ken found a car within my budget, with the features I needed (bluetooth), and a fantastic color. The car he chose was not on the lot that day and needed to be brought in but he went above and beyond finding a car that met all my needs! I will definitely see Ken for all my car buying needs and send my loved ones to him. If you are looking for someone who is honest, kind, and knowledgeable then you have found your man!
