Ken went through the specs, performance, and best trade-in value of both the vehicles. Throughout the whole process I did not feel pressured or rushed. Ken was very straight-forward, he cared more about providing me with the best customer service possible, and putting me in the right vehicle for my needs. Ultimately, I went for the VW Golf because of its driving performance. Ken checked-in with me even after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying my new Golf. The entire team at Hiley Volkswagen was very honest, friendly, and professional. They take customer service and the car buying experience to a new standard. Once signed they refuse to admit there mistake. next they added 500 for window tint I didn't ask for. Watch them on financing they play games with the interest rate in a push to up sell you on warranties. Finally after closing the deal they tried to claim the car we agreed on was no longer available in a attempt to get me to take a different color that they had on the lot, had to get he regional rep to crack heads at 2 dealerships before my burgundy red car could be shipped in. The Passat TDI is a wonderful car (45.7 mpg on a 5 day road trip cruse locked at 77 most of the way) only 3 things I would change 1even with telescope all the way out if you have short arms you will be stretching for the steering wheel (vw add 3inch easy fix) 2the driver seat is narrow, plenty of wasted space between you and the door add 2 inch to the width. 3 the steering wheel gets in the way of the analog gages 1/2inch smaller gages and a 1inch larger dia wheel should fix this. VW is making what so far appears to be a great car in the Passat but don't walk run to a different dealer to make your purchase. More

Customer for Life I went online and found a few vehicles I liked. Filled out the credit application. And I have some challenging issues to say the least but Eric Tima I went online and found a few vehicles I liked. Filled out the credit application. And I have some challenging issues to say the least but Eric Timani and Richmond Brobbey said let us see what we can do. They called me back and had a payment that fit with in my budget. I went to the dealership and received a welcoming smile and handshake. We looked at a couple of cars and I found the Passat I wanted. I told them if you can make the down payment, trade in and get me and extended warranty all within a payment I can afford I will buy it today. In less than an hour I was driving off the lot with the biggest smile on my face and relief in my heart. I have a reliable car to get to work everyday. I am so thankful! Also Richmond sinc my phone with the car, went over all the options. Had it detailed for me and a full tank of gas. I have previously owned a Porsche and a BMW from Park Place and they have never done that. And those vehicles cost 3 times what I could afford today. Richmond even followed up the next day with a phone call to see if I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions to give him a call. I have told everyone about Hiley and before summer is out I am sure a few of my friends will want a new car like mine. More
