People were friendly and professional. Communication and service were not great. Got inspection: front brakes/rotors, tuneup, front/rear differential seals recommended. They did front/rear brakes/rotors, both diff seals, no lineup (supposedly didn't need it) and changed my oil. My oil had 300 miles on it, I had just changed it. No one spoke to me about the changes in work, no one called and said the tuneup wasn't needed, no one called and said the vehicle was done. Was supposed to be done by end of day after drop off, instead was done after 2 full business days. Would have 1 starred, but the service lady and tech were very nice. More
