The service was great. I wish they managed time appropriately. I was told 2 hours, and after 3.5 hours, I had to go to check in with them. In a nutshell, they have been fantastic so far. I purchased my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid from another local dealer in April 2024 and immediately decided to have all my service issues handled by Honda o I purchased my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid from another local dealer in April 2024 and immediately decided to have all my service issues handled by Honda of Freehold. And while there have only been a few minor issues, each one was handled immediately and completely resolved. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating, and they provided great communication throughout each individual issue. I can't recommended them highly enough. More

The service guys are very good, both Nilay and Eric. However the credit card fee is ridiculous for a company this size. Over 6 months I probably paid $100 to $150 in fees and this is why I will never However the credit card fee is ridiculous for a company this size. Over 6 months I probably paid $100 to $150 in fees and this is why I will never buy a car from Honda if Freehold again. Will continue to service because I already own this car, but will buy elsewhere when the time comes. More
