I just want to take a moment to express my thanks to Eric VanNote and Anthony Marino for a pleasant experience at Mercedes of Edison. Eric is personable, knowledgeable, and eager to answer questions in a friendly and professional manner that makes you instantly like him. Anthony is like this as well. There is no feeling of trickery or slimy sales tactics, just honest professionals who work hard to respect the customer and make the deal work. I cannot Thank Eric Van Note enough for EVERYTHING, during my new car purchase! After being loyal to my dealer for 3 car purchases, ownership changed hands & I needed a new “Home”. I can “read people” during my new car purchase! After being loyal to my dealer for 3 car purchases, ownership changed hands & I needed a new “Home”. I can “read people” very well & Eric was not only as driven as me but also kind, attentive & invested in getting me exactly what I wanted. I’ve done my last 3 “deals” over the phone w/o going in until I had to sign paperwork. Eric persuaded me to drive up to Edison (an hour away) & promised I wouldn’t regret it. I went w/o a closed deal because I Trusted him! I not only left w/ the Best car buying experience & deal but a new Friend! If you or anyone you know is interested in a Mercedes please go to Eric and tell him I sent you! No one will work as hard to get you a deal as he did for me!! He is a true breath of fresh air! No pressure, no games, asks genuine questions about you and your needs to make sure he’s exploring every angle.wont do what we all HATE about buying a car & try to “bully” the deal or convince you “you can spend an extra $15, that’s less than you spend on coffee” (lord I hate that gimmick lol.) He takes you seriously and where you stand & checks in even after your purchase to ensure your happy and don’t have any questions. So go see Eric today and thank me later!! More
