We decided to check out Hyundai based on the ratings it had received on car websites for dependability and warranties. Eric Tucker was a breath of fresh air - very knowledgeable about the vehicles, very low pressure, professional and sincerely wanted to match the right car to our needs instead of trying to sell the highest priced car on the lot. Leasing a new car After shopping at Eddy's and Midwest Kia this weekend, I was very disgruntled and frustrated with my overall experience of car shopping. Midwest Kia, After shopping at Eddy's and Midwest Kia this weekend, I was very disgruntled and frustrated with my overall experience of car shopping. Midwest Kia, particularly, had very POOR customer service. I do not say that flippantly; I was a returning Kia customer, having purchased and leased two Fortes previously. But after this most recent experience with them, I think I would rather chew glass than ever return there again. However, the associates at Scholfield were not only professional in every way, they were extremely helpful and provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service. They picked out the car for me, after I gave them my expectations, and got me right in the price range I needed to be at, with no hassle and no run-around. No hype, no fuss, and by the time I got there to sign, everything was ready to go. As a busy nursing student, I am extremely grateful for their efficiency, and the ease with which I was able to get into my new Elantra VE. More
