Fast, knowledgeable, great customer service. Eric quickly greeted me, offered my a refreshment, and showed me a few cars on the website to get a picture of what features I was looking for. After showing me a car that I initially liked, he immediately took me on a test drive. The financing department was also expedient - I did not have to wait very long at all to sign papers. I also had some after market equipment added (heated seats, remote start). Eric scheduled the appointment for me, worked around my schedule to give me a loaner car the day before the service appointment, and went in on his day off to ensure the car was finished by the time I got off work. Excellent experience and very professional salesmen! More

Eric Tucker met me at the door and patiently worked with my constant chatter and avoiding the issue at hand while getting the information to show me the vehicles that met my criteria. He introduced me to Chris Holt to answer questions I might have if he wasn't available. When my decision was made Eric took me to Jeremy Koehn who followed through to complete the process of a purchase I had not wanted to have to make.
