Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. Needed to down grade to a used vehicle to save some money to go back to school, Eric was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to get me into the vehicle I wanted for the right price. They also provid to go back to school, Eric was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to get me into the vehicle I wanted for the right price. Very clean and quite everyone was really friendly. Eric was very professional throughout the entire process. He was really transparent and even though I saw one similar 4k less Eric went over and beyond to help me figure out differences in these 2 vehicles.
