I've rated this dealership and it's service department on the high end because they serve it. We have just experienced the most AWESOME USED/NEW car experience that can be had ANYWHERE. We came in to have our 2010 Versa serviced. He understood my financing needs and made me feel like the most important customer in the building. He was able to get me a great car at a great price. I could not be happier with my purchase. The final process in picking up my vehicle after it's inspection and cleaning was handled by Eric Nieves who clearly explained my loan paperwork and took the time to walk me through all my information. The overall experience from walking in the front door of this dealership to walking out with my vehicle was a pleasure. I would recommend anyone I know to do business here as I know I will continue to do mine here as well. More

I have been a customer at Luther Nissan for the past 8 years and in that time I've only dealt with Sue and Eric. I have purchased 7 cars both for myself and my wife. I will never buy a car from anyone e years and in that time I've only dealt with Sue and Eric. I have purchased 7 cars both for myself and my wife. I will never buy a car from anyone else. For my last purchase I wasn't even in the market to buy a car. I was at the dealership getting my oil changed. While I was at the dealership I looked around for a while, I stopped in to see Sue. Well wouldn't you know it, I saw a car I absolutely fell in love with. Only problem, the cost. So joking around I told Sue if she could get me to a payment that was close to what I was paying now I would buy it. I really didn't think it was going to happen. I have to say, Sue did everything she could and 4 days later with various rebates I purchased a brand new Nissan Maxima. Sue went above and beyond not only to sell me a car but she made my day. I've always wanted a Maxima, test drove them in the past, however it was never in my price range. Sue really stepped up and got me the deal of a lifetime. Not only did she get me a deal, she also took me from A-Z getting to know my new car and all of it's abilities/functions. Sue's customer service is the best in the industry. I love dealing with Sue so much that I've brought colleagues and friends to Sue to buy cars. Sue is very honest and really does care about her customers. She is the best car salesperson I have ever had dealings with. I will continue to only shop at Luther Nissan and deal with Sue when I am there. It might not be for another 3 years but if any of my friends and family need help with their buying needs I will be bringing them to Sue at Luther Nissan. I brought my daughter in to get her first car about 2 years ago and everyone there made us feel so comfortable and inviting; it was a wonderful car shopping experience. The employees really make you feel at ease during what could be for most a really stressful time. Eric Nieves is quite the asset to your company as well. He made my daughter's first car buying experience very comfortable and made sure she was aware of ALL aspects of the purchase. He spoke clearly and explained things we didn't quite understand. I had such a great experience there w/ my daughter that two years later (yesterday) when my own car needs came into play, the first place I thought of was Luther Nissan Kia!! I wasn't going to walk out of there and go anywhere else. Because of the wonderful service we received during our first visit, I was set on finding the car I wanted at Luther Nissan Kia. The salesman, Joe Ray, was SPECTACULAR!! He was so kind and very easy to speak candidly with as well. He understood what I was looking for and helped me to make the right decision. I have wanted a Kia SOUL ever since first seeing that very first commercial w/ the hamsters and Joe helped me to feel comfortable going w/ a lease; something I was VERY leary about doing. I brought my mom w/ me to help me decide and he made us both feel comfortable and I think if my mom ever has a need for a vehicle she may just go to Luther Nissan Kia as well. Eri Nieves was WONDERFUL w/ us as well. I was very glad to know that he would be the one working w/ the financial aspect of my new vehicle as I had such a postive experience w/ him prior.
