I was recomended by a friend to visit Luther Nissan Kia of Inver Grove Heights and I am so happy I went! I first went in on saturday and worked with Dave. He showed me a nice car but it just wasnt for of Inver Grove Heights and I am so happy I went! I first went in on saturday and worked with Dave. He showed me a nice car but it just wasnt for me. He then went back and did some digging and found a car on its way to the lot. I was then scheduled to come back on Tuesday. When I got in on Tuesday I met with Joe and he took me out to drive my new used Mitsubishi Outlander. He made sure I was happy with what I was getting amd that I knew all the great features. When it came to financing Eric made it smooth and painless. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Over all I would highly recommend the great staff at Inver grove Heights. I am so happy with my new car and have already told all my friends that if they are looking for a fast, easy and friendly experience they need to look no further. More

The Team at Luther Nissan Kia were second to NONE! I was referred to their dealership through the MERSC program at my work. Although the dealership was a 45 minute drive from my home, I would recommend the referred to their dealership through the MERSC program at my work. Jerry and Igor went out of their way to make sure the payments were within my reach, and they found the exact vehicle that fits me perfectly! The almost 6 hrs. spent at Luther Kia last Sat. could have been a huge frustration....however, we left very satisfied (not only with our new leased Kia Rio) but with a very positive experience. My husband and I came in to look at a new larger vehicle. Our kids are grown, but with grandchildren we needed a larger car. This was going to be my first new car ever. I normally do not like looking at cars and leave most of that up to my husband. Since this one would mainly be my car, I wanted to be more active in the choice. I do not like to deal with the phony sales pitches and fake smiles. We encountered none of that here! Tom was very professional and polite, but did not give us the phony pitch and talked to us on a personal and honest level. He did a great job of finding us exactly what we needed and what would work for our lifestyle. He arranged his schedule around my husbands odd work hours to make the signing a smooth transition. Eric dealt with our paperwork and was very helpful and clear on everything on the financial side. Eric was also very genuine and honest and was a pleasure to work with. He was able to get us through the paperwork quickly so that my husband could get back to work on time. It was a pleasure to work with the Nissan group in Inver Grove Heights and we will definitely go back there for our service and future cars! More

Luke Horn (Sales) - provided knowledgeable, attentive service and he knew I had a budget that I could not stray from - so he didn't dazzle me with anything outside my budget - which I GREATLY appreciated service and he knew I had a budget that I could not stray from - so he didn't dazzle me with anything outside my budget - which I GREATLY appreciated. He stayed until nearly 10pm going over the features and set up my Bluetooth AND called me a week later to see if I was still loving it or if I had discovered anything I needed additional help with. Eric Nieves (Finance) - went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me stick to my budget and fought to get me the best deal with my lender - to help keep me on track, because he actually cared whether I met my future financial goals and knows how such a big purchase can affect the long term. He explained everything thoroughly and even helped me figure out how to get a refund from my trade-in warranty. I would absolutely refer Luke and Eric if you are looking for No pressure, Attentive and Knowledgeable auto sales and finance! They would both go the extra mile to insure you are happy! More
