D. took an enormous amount of time to guide me through all the "bells and whistles" of the new car, impressing his desire to call him whenever needed for help with any problems. More

My New 2017 Passat I was the proud owner of a great 2013 TDI Passat that was involved in the diesel buyback program and realized I needed another car when I turned it in I was the proud owner of a great 2013 TDI Passat that was involved in the diesel buyback program and realized I needed another car when I turned it in. I checked with Eric in service at The Dean Team where I have all my service done and he confirmed the 1.8 TSI engine in the Passat was very reliable. From there I went directly to the showroom and met with Richard Gotsch my new salesman. He was fantastic to work with along with Scott Roberts in getting me into another awesome Passat, a 2017 TSI. It is great to see a company improve on an all ready great vehicle, but it is truly the best car I have ever owned! The best part for me was having Richard spend the time going over all the features and new features of the car and answer all my questions before I left the lot. The Dean Team is a Great Team from sales to service and I plan to be with them a long time!!! More

NEW CAR Toying the idea around of getting a commuter car for work when I stopped by. Starting looking around when Eric from the service department said hello Toying the idea around of getting a commuter car for work when I stopped by. Starting looking around when Eric from the service department said hello and asked if anyone was with me. Apparently I came on a busy day but even after he found out that it would be a couple of minutes he still took the time to chat with me and apologized for my short wait. John was incredible with me throughout the whole process! Couldn't of been any easier, laid back, and non intimidating. It was obvious that me being happy was his major priority. I was introduced to Phil after coming in with the wife to make the final decision and it was then that I realized that the care given to me by John was prominent throughout Dean Team from the management. After my purchase I came back one last time to pick up and Richard from VW came over to show me all the details of the entertainment system! I thought I had it all figured out but Richard took his own time to ensure I was knowledgeable about all of the cars features. I feel extremely confident that I will continue to be taken care of with anything in the future based upon all of my interactions. Friends, family, and co-workers will all go to Dean Team before anywhere else in the future!!!!! More

I love my new 2017 Jetta I purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI Diesel in 2009 and have driven it for 7 years. It was a great car and over the years I received exceptional service from I purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI Diesel in 2009 and have driven it for 7 years. It was a great car and over the years I received exceptional service from Scott and Annie and their service department. VW will be buying back my TDI in December so I decided to buy a new Jetta to replace it. My salesman is Richard Gotsch and he gave me an awesome buying experience. He is very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I was looking for. He was able to highlight all the advantages of owning a new Jetta and guided me through the process of getting all the features that will make me happy for the life of my new car. So far I have not been disappointed. Thanks to the Dean Team and all of it's competent and considerate personnel. More

Engine replacement Had car in shop for 30 days for engine replacement . Received a call from service department that car is ready for pickup they tested and everything i Had car in shop for 30 days for engine replacement . Received a call from service department that car is ready for pickup they tested and everything is fixed. Pick up a car in evening and on the way home found out that AC doesn't work. Call service department back about the Ac and was told to call next morning because they closing in next 5 minutes. Call next morning and was instructed to bring car back, again drive car to dealership to find out that mechanic forgot to fill the AC after instilling the engine. How ever they did not create a work order and didn't give me any paperwork for that, Even after calling the manager and requesting the paperwork they did not return my email or phone call More

Poor service bought it brand-new Subaru the sales department the was great the service department was horrible. Replace engine after 7000 mile ML have to replace a bought it brand-new Subaru the sales department the was great the service department was horrible. Replace engine after 7000 mile ML have to replace again after 26,000 apparently no oil in the engine. Even the car was in the shop 4 months ago. More
