Eric is nice and polite, however, when he is out there is zero communication from anyone about the vehicle. My car was there for 2.5 weeks. While it was being serviced, I asked to have an oil change. Absolutely horrible communication. For weeks that my vehicle was in the service center I received no call backs. Eric was amazing as always the other lady in the front was horrible!!
