I travel over an hour to get to Columbia because they are awesome. I’m not sure how many Ford dealers I drive past to get there. I do this because the before, during, and after the sales process is outstan awesome. I’m not sure how many Ford dealers I drive past to get there. I do this because the before, during, and after the sales process is outstanding. Columbia cares about a long term relationship with their customers, and that’s felt at all touch points in the store. Eric and ownership have created a store experience that is truly a destination location with nice grounds, clean facility, on site cafe, etc…. Ryan is knowledgable, patient, and is involved from start to finish in the buying process. We highly recommend Columbia Ford!! More

I was happy to return to Columbia Kia as my first Sportage lease was about to end. I did plenty of research on the new 2023 Kia Sportage and knew what I wanted. Even though I live about 45 minutes a Sportage lease was about to end. I did plenty of research on the new 2023 Kia Sportage and knew what I wanted. Even though I live about 45 minutes away, I knew I wanted the same experience I had the first time. Sure enough, Eric, Jimmy, Fran and Jake were super helpful and got me into exactly what I wanted.
