Great customer service After battling with other dealerships a friend of mine referred me to Columbia ford to look at a vehicle they had. I drove in around 5:45pm on a Monda After battling with other dealerships a friend of mine referred me to Columbia ford to look at a vehicle they had. I drove in around 5:45pm on a Monday night after calling ahead to look at a truck. I was met in the parking lot by Eric who already had the truck I was interested in Idling in a parking stall waiting for me to test drive it. After the test drive we sat down I told him what I was dealing with at the other dealership and how I had no energy to argue pricing. Told him the monthly payment I was looking to have and if he could get me close to it I’d buy the truck. He managed to get me to a payment I was comfortable with and by 8pm I was driving my new truck off the lot. Eric and Timothy were more than helpful and I highly recommend buying from them More
