Reason I would rate this a 1. They totally misled me on an available car. I confirmed 3 times via email that the car I was looking at was available and confirmed the price. My wife and I both took days o an available car. I confirmed 3 times via email that the car I was looking at was available and confirmed the price. My wife and I both took days off to drive an hour to see this vehicle today. Get to the dealership and with in minutes am told me to a secondary company I was dealing with and not them specifically. I confirmed 3 times for a specific reason. I know the cars are in high demand. I asked to speak with the owner to express my concerns. I know the sales process as I am in sales management myself and if my customers were as mislead as I was I’d want to know. I was told by Eric Gates I would never speak with the owners. I said we will have to let social media speak to the owners and was told that’s fine have a good day. More
