Would recommend Mazda of Elk Grove to everyone. Fast, friendly service. From stepping on the lot to driving off was under 4 hours. Even in this time of short inventory, this dealer was able to find the very specific model and colors I wanted. And not only that, they sold it for MSRP and included an extended warranty! My husband and I purchased a new Mazda3 and Eric assisted us throughout the process. Eric is very professional and trustworthy. He was honest with us about the current market but never pressured us into buyi us throughout the process. Eric is very professional and trustworthy. He was honest with us about the current market but never pressured us into buying. I appreciated the different ways we were able to communicate during the process. If I was busy at work we would exchange texts. If I needed detailed info we would talk on the phone. I also appreciated his availability. We met up with him and viewed cars at different times of the day that suited my family's schedule. We actually closed on our car in the evening! He put a nice big red bow on it and took pica of us in front of it! Overall it was a great experience purchasing our 1st new car! More
