We were excited to find the Subaru Soltera that we were looking for at this dealership (via an internet search). Unfortunately our excitement wained as soon as we started working with their sales team. The looking for at this dealership (via an internet search). The first person we spoke to gave one word responses to our questions and since we were not local he basically blew us off! We tried reaching the internet agent for answers but was unsuccessful. We called the dealership back and tried to reach the sales manager so that she could get us a sales person who would be helpful in our purchase. We never heard back from her, but we did get a call from another sales person. We asked a few questions and he "thought" he had the information and we asked him to verify his responses. We gave him our email and asked him to send us a copy or the window sticker of the car we were interested in. When we opened the email he sent to us with the window sticker it was not for a Soltera but for a CrossTeck!!! Customer service is far below par at this dealership if you are not a local . They lost us as a customer and we made our purchase elsewhere where customer service was a priority! More

We purchased a new 2012 Subaru Outback and had all service done there until the year 36,000 expired. Service price for routine maintenance was reasonable and the loaner cars were nice. We started us service done there until the year 36,000 expired. Service price for routine maintenance was reasonable and the loaner cars were nice. We started using a local mechanic until we experienced transmission problems at about 65,000. I called Browns Subaru and was informed that the transmission warranty had been extended to 100,000 miles. They fixed the transmission at no cost to us. The car now has over 150,000 with no major issues. We will probably go back when we do is to get another Subaru. More

Purchased a 2024 Crosstrek from this dealer via deposit on one in transit. Eric was extremely responsive via email during our wait. The price they listed online for the Crosstrek I was interested in is not the price they quoted me. They decided to jack up the price by about $2k and then started adding things I didn't ask for. They're not trustworthy and were just a waste of my time. I would recommend staying far away from them. I know cars sales people are notoriously shady but this is just ridiculous. My hunch is anybody who has given them a positive review must be on their payroll. More
