I did something stupid on my truck and needed to have it towed to xxxxx of Wilsonville. It was after closing time so I described the problem and left the remote. I got a text at 7:30 AM to let me know it towed to xxxxx of Wilsonville. It was after closing time so I described the problem and left the remote. I got a text at 7:30 AM to let me know it was being looked at. . I called later that morning an d was told it was done and come and pick it up. When I got to xxxxx it was pointed out ( in a humorous way ) that I put the floor mat over the gas pedal and that's why it wouldn't start. They had a good time having fun at me and sent me on my way with no charge. These are good people. I would trust them to be straight with me evert time. More

Took my 2023 Ram 1500 to Dick's Dodge Ram of Wilsonville twice to repair the left turn signal - under recall. They never fixed it. Cost me 4 uber rides. Took the truck to Tonkin Dodge Ram and they fixed i twice to repair the left turn signal - under recall. They never fixed it. Cost me 4 uber rides. Took the truck to Tonkin Dodge Ram and they fixed it the first time. Will not be going back to Dick's Dodge Ram again. More

Did not meet me in the service drive. Charged me over $250.00 to tell me my key fobs were bad. When I picked my vehicle up they charged me extra for using a credit card. They handed me my keys and I had to go out back and find my vehicle. Will not return. More
