Matt and finance manager Mo were a dream team to work with, incredibly diligent and helpful to get my husband and I into our 2025 Chevy Equinox. We were not easy on Matt with negotiations, but he took with, incredibly diligent and helpful to get my husband and I into our 2025 Chevy Equinox. We were not easy on Matt with negotiations, but he took it in stride and did not let that affect the outcome of getting us into our new vehicle. Matt’s demeanor never caved, he remained professional and heard our concerns, accepted the challenge and made it happen. All while keeping a smile on his face and getting the job done in a way that worked for everyone. Salesmen wouldn’t get a bad wrap if they took a page from Matt’s book. More

BEWARE of their advertised price on cars. com. They DO NOT just add the $999 dealer fee and $495 electronic fee. They tried to add and additional $1900 for shop fees according to salesperson. com. But then then manager called and tried to say it was old used vehicle and I couldn’t buy without coming in and driving it. They will not send me a purchase order with their numbers. I will be contacting the state attorney's office to file a formal complaint on false advertising! More

David in finance called me a couple of days ago to find out why I left an unhappy google review. He explained to me he was on vacation and just got my message. He was very helpful and listened to my issues out why I left an unhappy google review. He explained to me he was on vacation and just got my message. He sent me an email immediately with the correct paperwork I asked for. I will say he handled the situation professional and went out of his way to solve the issue.
