⸻ I left the service center with a new scratch on my new car that definitely wasn’t there before. I understand they take photos prior to service, but they should also take them afterward—because it’s cl new car that definitely wasn’t there before. Also, the waiting area experience wasn’t great. There was a woman in the lounge talking on speakerphone very loudly for about 30 minutes straight. It was disruptive, and I feel like a manager should have stepped in and asked her to take the call outside to maintain a more comfortable environment for everyone. More
