I wanted to point out some recognition for Emmanuel, who I was working with. The last car I bought was in 2012, and the game has definitely changed. Throughout my car-buying experience, I visited multiple dealerships, and at the end of my journey, the only 2 dealerships I recommended to my friends are this one, and one other. Some of the sales people I spoke to were beyond scummy and raised multiple red flags. This was not the case with Emmanuel, which is why I wanted to make sure he gets credit even if he didn't sell the car. He was extremely informative and easy to work with. Even on the first day of me coming in and not sure of what I want yet, he never pushed me, he never hit me with a "this offer only stands today" or any of that other xx. He was courteous and did whatever he could to help me and answer all of my questions. He kept me updated and informed on the status of the car I was interested in. All in all, I bought a RAV4 Prime from a different dealership with an offer I couldn't refuse, but I have friends who are currently also in the market for a RAV4 Prime and I am sending them over to Braintree Toyota to speak with Emmanuel. I had to wait a year to get a truck that I was interested in. Emmanuel kept in contact with me for the year and had several different options of trucks each time he contacted me.
