Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. My mom and I went in and we were graced with an awesome salesman, Mr. Emmanuel Dionisio. My whole family drives toyotas so I wanted my first car to My mom and I went in and we were graced with an awesome salesman, Mr. Emmanuel Dionisio. My whole family drives toyotas so I wanted my first car to be a toyota as well. My mother and I has been visiting a couple of dealers earlier that day, where I had narrowed it down to Nissan and Toyota. Upon entering the Schaumburg Toyota our intentions were to just look around and see all the deals. We were just walking around the dealer when Mr. Dionisio approached us and asked if we needed help. He directed us to the location of which we were interested in. Then he offered us additional service by inviting us into his office. After an hour of negotiating with my mom, we were sold. Not only was he amazing but he had spectacular customer service skills that my mother and I automatically knew we were lucky to have had him as our salesmen! I would definitely come back for future purchases and have heard my mother recommend Mr. Dionisio to her friends as I have done the same. In conclusion, I just want to thank Mr. Emmanuel Dionisio for an incredible first experience as a car owner. I love my car, it's perfect, and you're the best! More
