To whom it may concern: My wife and I drove to Bellevue, NE to purchase our new Tundra. The lack of product knowledge, as well as the lack of effort demonstrated by your sales representative to ge Bellevue, NE to purchase our new Tundra. The lack of product knowledge, as well as the lack of effort demonstrated by your sales representative to get us the truck we wanted, drove us to the internet. “No pun intended.” Your service department recently completed a 10k service on our Tundra. My experience throughout that process left me feeling dismissed and unappreciated. I understand the challenges your industry face. Although it has been 35 years, I was Honda sales representative in San Jose, Ca. The serious shortage of service technicians, compounded by the prices of new cars & trucks must make 100% customer satisfaction seem almost impossible. Should you still strive to achieve it? Call me old school? I say yes. Sincerely, Kenny Patton More
