Vehicle returned without bleeding air from hydraulic lines (clutch). Stranded for second time in a week as a result of service issue originating from clutch recall work. Stranded in Quebec and unable t lines (clutch). Stranded for second time in a week as a result of service issue originating from clutch recall work. Stranded in Quebec and unable to get service due to long weekend, let alone communicate the problem in French. Had to keep calling for updates on vehicle readiness, as we were leaving for long weekend. More

At this point we have haven’t been able to use our recently purchased Ford Explorer much due to electrical issues. Key passed us on to the local Ford dealership and now they’ve have the vehicle for a recently purchased Ford Explorer much due to electrical issues. Key passed us on to the local Ford dealership and now they’ve have the vehicle for a week and counting. Pleased, no. One of the issues is that the high beams don’t work. However the car had a new inspection on it. Suspicious as that’s a VT inspection requirement. I won’t recommend Key and it’s unlikely we’ll use them again for our personal vehicles or business. More
