Was having the worst time with grumpy af Grand Pappy Volkswagen of America so I went to see Ian and Adam at Antwerpen VW in Pasadena MD. Not only did they do the right thing but they really stood behind Volkswagen of America so I went to see Ian and Adam at Antwerpen VW in Pasadena MD. Not only did they do the right thing but they really stood behind their customer. Full disclosure, I have purchased zero cars from them so they were literally just doing the right thing. They have my business moving forward and since I have a VW that will inevitably have to go somewhere for service, I will happily take it and my money to Antwerpen VW. Clear concise communication along with setting my expectations correctly goes a long way with me. Doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do is almost unheard of in this day and age especially in this industry. Thanks again Ian and Adam. Cheers. More

Dealer recommended I make an appointment, I did and arrived at 8:30. Service tech estimated an hour and a half. At 10:30 I was advised they had not even taken it in yet and it would be another hour o arrived at 8:30. Service tech estimated an hour and a half. Terrible service. They took around 3-4 for a simple oil change. I could have taken it somewhere else and been done within an hour. The guy told me that they had the key in another car that had been taken to get test driven. Never coming to this dealership ever again. Worst experience ever. More

Made an appointment ahead of time for 8am to get a new key fob programmed. It was to be billed to Ourisman (which I stated on the online form and on the written envelope when I dropped the vehicle off). key fob programmed. It was to be billed to Ourisman (which I stated on the online form and on the written envelope when I dropped the vehicle off). I cited that the SUV needed to be ready by 3pm and provided them with 2 cell phone numbers. I arrived at 4:15 pm to learn that they did nothing - did not program my key fob, did not call either cell phone I provided, nothing. Told me that they could do it tomorrow - leave without a vehicle and come back. WHAT? I need my car to go to work; I made an appointment; it was for programming a key not installing a new engine... Really? After fussing, another women spoke to the Service Manager and said that if I waited an hour he would do it. Not much choice.. waited an hour, was spoken to by an employee that I have no idea how he was involved who reminded me that God will take care of it all, and then I paid for the service, not Ourisman. Now I have to get reimbursed by Ourisman and go through all of that hassle. More
