HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP The dealership kept insisting that I complete a review about my vehicle purchase in the days following the sale. I was hesitant because I wanted to give it some time to make sure they I complete a review about my vehicle purchase in the days following the sale. I was hesitant because I wanted to give it some time to make sure they corrected a discrepancy between the odometer mileage they listed and what was shown on the CarFax report. However, I was assured on August 5th by the salesman, Marco, and his manager that the issue had been escalated to the MVD and would be resolved within a week. It’s now September 24th—one day before the temporary title expires—and the issue is still unresolved. The MVD has confirmed that nothing has been done and that the vehicle is still under the previous owner’s name. I ended up completing the review, which I now regret, and I’m trying to figure out how to remove it. They were helpful and friendly—up until the day I made the purchase. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact the salesman and their financing department, with no success. I’m repeatedly told someone will call me back, but no one has. Today, I spoke with another salesman named Steve and asked for the name and contact information of someone above Marco. He was rude and started shouting, telling me he couldn’t provide that information and that I had to go through Marco—who continues to be unhelpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They’re only nice until you sign the papers. If you have any issues or concerns afterward, you’ll be ignored or treated poorly. More
