I booked two service appts online and had them both cancelled for no reason. I sent an email to Geoff Bosse, Service Director and Elmin Jonuz the Service Manager, and the email was ignored. At no point cancelled for no reason. I sent an email to Geoff Bosse, Service Director and Elmin Jonuz the Service Manager, and the email was ignored. At no point did the dealership reach out to me to tell me why the appts were cancelled. More
