I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McLoughlin Chevrolet. When I purchased my vehicle, I was assured that a second key would be provided. Despite multiple follow-ups over a months time, McLoughlin Chevrolet. When I purchased my vehicle, I was assured that a second key would be provided. Despite multiple follow-ups over a months time, I have yet to receive it. Every time I contacted the dealership, I was told they would look in to it, but no real action was taken. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable and unprofessional. A second key is not just a small accessory; it’s an essential part of vehicle ownership, and withholding it feels dishonest. I expected much better service from McLoughlin Chevrolet, especially after making such a significant purchase. I urge you to resolve this issue immediately and fulfill your promise. More
