This day 2 and I was told yesterday that I would receive a phone call from somebody who knows what’s going on with my vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle with a We Owe contract to repair an issue. Still not a word. I have spoken to at least 5 individuals 2 of whom said the were sending a email to the service manager with my issue and that he would get back to me. If I was someone who reads this and is thinking about buying a used vehicle from them, I would go elsewhere. They got my 10k down payment and basically don’t give a bull about me. More

Ellie Treinen was absolutely amazing! ! She actively worked to help us find the exact car we wanted and she updated us regularly on its arrival status. Also, Sean Day was an absolute delig ! She actively worked to help us find the exact car we wanted and she updated us regularly on its arrival status. Also, Sean Day was an absolute delight to work with!! He was extremely knowledgable, listened to our needs, and made the process go quick and smooth. Once we signed the paperwork, he helped us set up our Apple CarPlay and guided us through all of our interior features. Such a great experience!!
