They were great to work with when I bought my vehicle. When I requested heated seats they said no problem. Apparently there was a mix up and my order didn't get put in for them. When I did get a call thought it was taken care of they wanted the money upfront. Which we have paid. Was told a week to a week and a half it has been over 2 weeks and have heard nothing. I am not happy at all. Especially when you have to pay for a service before they do the work. More

We had a pleasant experience. Pricing was on the higher end but ok, more of a reflection of the times than this specific dealership.
